Minimum
1 tray minimum for each order.
Lead Time:
Normal lead time is 9 weeks but some items may require more or less, depending on grow time.
Some speculation product is grown and may be available for late orders.
Custom grow:
Available for orders of 5 trays or more per variety per ship date.
Cancellations/Order Changes:
All cancellations or reductions should be sent prior to the product being started and/or cuttings booked.
Additions to existing orders should be made by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. the week prior to shipping.
Claims:
Quality and Quantity claims should be received within 3 days of delivery. Pictures are appreciated for all quality concerns.
Third party delivery claims (Fed Ex or other) should be made directly with the broker office.
Plant Protection:
Propagation is strictly forbidden on all patented material.
Tags:
Tags arrive separately from plants and are drop shipped directly to the customer from Westrock (Formerly known as John Henry).
Tags for vegetative product will automatically be included unless orders are placed with the no tag option.
We offer 1:1 or 1:3 tag ratios for the customers’ convenience.
